Support the Traynors!

Hello Friends,
As many of you may know, our neighbor and friend, Michael Traynor was diagnosed over six years ago with ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease) 

Although Michael has beaten the odds of survival, the disease has now prevented him from continuing to work.  The disease has progressed to a stage that will now require full time hospital or home nursing care.  Unfortunately,  the Traynors just recently found out that while on short term disability from work, they are obligated to pay for Cobra, as their employee insurance will not cover them.  These costs are an unexpected burden, as Michael will not be returning to work.

We are asking our friends and community to unite together to help this sweet family cover their medical bills over the next 3-5 months until Michaels Medicare is activated.
