All - I wanted to provide a brief update. Kristie and Dion are working to find temporary housing. Their home and belongings are a total loss. Most difficult to report is that while we are so grateful for the firefighters lifesaving efforts for their sweet dog Roxie, she succumbed to her injuries on Thursday. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they try to navigate rebuilding their home and repairing their hearts from their loss.

One last note, they are doing everything they can to respond to everyone that has reached out. Their current focus is on their children and being present for them. As soon as they are able, they will attempt to go through all the messages. They are forever grateful

Yesterday August 30th, a fire destroyed the entire home of our friends, The Trahans who have been displaced.

Everyone is safe: Dion and Kristie and their lovely children: Ophelia (8), Sullivan (5) and baby Dean (7 months).

Everything is destroyed; their home is gone.

Immediate funds will be used for clothes, food, temporary housing, baby diapers, dog food, and essential supplies.
