A bright, vibrant life was called to home over New Years weekend.
Tracey Matthews Anticouni suddenly lost her life while alone at home. She lived life head on for many years despite living with oppresive PTSD. Tracey had many struggles in life, but many would never know it. She was too proud to let other people notice just how much the PTSD could get under he skin. She was married to Tony Anticouni for nearly 30 years before parting.
Tony is an Air Force Veteran who has worn many hats. Throughout the years he has found many ways of providing for his family. His careers range from Air Force Veteran, to lineman. Tracey and Tony shared a strong passion for Moto GP racing and they would go to races together frequently. They both are a huge influence in helping raise their 6 year old grandaughter Katarina. This is a position no husband should be put in, yet he seemed to always find the balance for years.
Now Tony is still faced with providing for his family, and dealing with all the financial stresses and trying to pick up the pieces off the floor. We, Tony's closest friends and family, ask for your help in providing Tony with some monetary relief so that he may focus on his grieving process and honor the memory of the wonderful, outgoing, and FUNNY personality that Tracey so boldly embodied.
At this point the Anticouni family is faced with the initial financial burden of funeral costs, and following the funeral with attempting a normal life. Losing a companion after 30 years is no easy task, and bills do not pay themselves.
We humbly ask for support so that Tony and his family may start to pick up the pieces and honor Tracey's memory.
