For 14 years, The TOOL CONSIGNMENT® Store has been a place where tradespeople, hobbyists, DIYers, and families could find quality tools without paying big-box prices. We’re not a chain. We’re not a warehouse. We’re a small, family-run consignment store built on trust, community, and keeping good tools out of the scrap pile and in the hands of people who need them.
If you’ve ever stopped in or talked tools with us, you already know this isn’t just a store — it’s part of the community.
Like many brick-and-mortar businesses, we are feeling the impact of rising costs and a changing retail landscape. Rent, utilities, insurance, and everyday operating costs have all increased, while small independent stores are being squeezed by big-box retailers and online marketplaces. Even as a consignment store, we still carry significant monthly expenses just to keep the doors open and serve our community.
We are raising $5,000 to help support ongoing operations and keep the store running smoothly. These funds will go directly toward:
Basic operating expenses such as rent, utilities, and insurance
Store infrastructure, supplies, and systems needed to run daily operations
Marketing and visibility to bring more consignors & customers through the door
This is not about expansion or profit — it’s about stability and continuity. We want to keep providing a place where people can buy and sell tools locally, fairly, and face-to-face.
If you are able to help, thank you.
If you can’t, sharing this page means just as much.
From our family, thank you for being part of our story.
