On Tuesday afternoon, my parents, Robert and Sophia Thomas, experienced a devastating house fire that destroyed their home and everything inside. We are beyond grateful that everyone made it out safely, but they have lost a lifetime of belongings, keepsakes, and the comfort of the place they called home. Many may not know, but my mother is battling a disease called ALS, which has made it more difficult for them in this horrific time.

Rebuilding from something like this is overwhelming, emotionally, physically, and financially. We have already been blessed tremendously by our community and could not thank everyone enough.

Today, I’m reaching out on their behalf to ask for help. Any donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward essentials like clothing, food, medical supplies, and eventually rebuilding their home. If you aren’t able to donate, sharing this page would mean the world to us.
