Hello, we’re the Teater’s. We are a single car family and that car’s in trouble. It needs a new engine due to a broken wrist pin. We can’t just fix the part, it would need an entire tear down either way. We dropped all of our savings into our small business. We don’t qualify for any major credit cards, we can’t get an unsecured loan for that amount. We can’t afford a payday loan for that amount, and was denied by a couple different credit unions (we have a lot of medical debt). Our engine originally was on recall, we got denied and then told to drive our car until it got worse. It got worse. We tried to get back on the recall list and were denied. We appealed, took it to almost the top honcho, only to get it denied again. This is really the last chance we have. We still owe too much on the car to refinance and due to the mechanical issues there’s zero trade in value. This is it, and we need a vehicle, so anything would help, please.
