My husband and I own a small business in New Smyrna Beach, The Taco Shack.

We are being sued again by the same person that sued us 5 years ago for ADA issues.

We corrected everything, and now she is sueing us again.

We do not have the money to pay her out again.

We work very hard every day, support all our hard working employees. We are trying to survive.

Definitely wouldn't ask for help, but my friends we need it.
