Hi! My name is Helen and this is my parrot named Lucy. I’ve had her since she was 9 weeks old and I hand-raised her. Unfortunately, my father, has been stationed in Germany. The cost to bring her with me is really overwhelming and if we can’t come up with the money she will have to stay in the US.
