Support the Stockwell Family in Their Time of Loss

I'm Kyla, the goddaughter of Sherrie, and I am posting this on her behalf along with her two children.

On September 9, 2024, Jason Stockwell was called home to the Lord.

Jason was a loving husband, father, uncle, son, friend and loved his community.

This is a tough time for the family as this was unexpected. The money will be used for memorial expenses, medical bills, and cover living expenses during this time.

The Stockwell family thanks everyone for their prayers and donations during this rough time.

On August 26 2024, Jason was brought to Harborview Hospital, then transferred to The University of Washington Medical Ctr, where a team of Surgeons were ready for surgery, the Amazing teams of Response Team Units of our local Fire Dept. Nurse, Doctors Surgeons, all the Medical staff, where he under went over a 20+ hour of surgery the main part of the replacement aorta, artificial heart and removal of the part that was ripped the Ventricular Dissection, Aneurism, Surgery the main part of surgery took 12 hours.

The Mountlake Cardiothoracic ICU Unit at UW medical center was and is an Amazing team, they treated Jason and us with the utmost care in the world. From Jason not being able communicate and not being fully awake they still treated him like he was up and around and also treated us as such.

He cared for everyone and everything, always lending a hand to the less fortunate be it those in need of clothes on the street or a bird in need of water.

He was and Is an amazing man and will always be with us in spirit and in our hearts. Thank you for everything Jason.

Jason was 53 years old.

Born in October 1970 and Passed away Monday morning, September 9, 2024.

Update:

On September 21, 2024 Jason's father Larry Stockwell Passed away. Please continued prayers are needed.
