My name is Collin Reynolds and I am the president of the Ulster County Deputy Sheriff’s PBA. We have set up this page to help support Joe and Tracy during this time of need. On October 14, Joe suffered a cardiac related medical emergency. Thankfully, he is doing better at this point, but will be out of work for several months. For those that know Joe, it is not going to be easy for him to be on the sidelines. He is an integral part of the Sheriff’s Office and hopefully we can help alleviate some of their stresses until Joe is back to 100%. Thank you.
