My name is Thomas, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family after a life-changing accident. My dad, John Stanton, is the heart of our home in Beaver Dam. He’s known for his charisma, his friendly conversations with everyone at Walmart, and his love for karaoke—he’s the kind of person who can brighten anyone’s day with a song and a smile. Our family spends every day together, and John is everything to us, especially as we care for two autistic children, one of whom lives in Oshkosh and is now even harder to visit without a vehicle.

Recently, John was in a devastating car accident. He lost his arm, suffered multiple broken bones, and our only vehicle was completely destroyed. The accident has left him unable to work, and we’re now facing overwhelming medical bills, including ambulance and helicopter transport costs. On top of that, we’re worried about legal fees from the accident and the city property that was damaged.
