I have had the privilege of knowing the Speights family for nearly 20 years. They are truly remarkable people with the kindest hearts, always cheering on and supporting those around them. Now, they are the ones in need of support.

Since March of 2024, Chris has been battling the very disease so many of us fear: cancer. What could easily feel like a nightmare, they have faced with unshakable faith and optimism. His journey has been incredibly difficult, and he has now lost his ability to walk and is fighting daily with determination to regain his own strength and independence. Their strength through this journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Chris’ courage is admirable, and Leigh’s unwavering love and devotion to her husband is deeply moving.

As you can imagine, this battle is not only emotionally and physically exhausting, but also an overwhelming financial burden. The Speights are not the type to ask for help, but those of us who love them know this is our opportunity to give back.
