Support the Sodini's Love Story

Hi, we are raising funds for two amazing people who had their wedding hijacked from them in a tragic way. On February 11, 2023, Denysse and Chase Sodini should have celebrated the most amazing day of their lives in Tulum, Mexico getting married but, instead, they were spending that day flying back to California. On February 10, the day before the wedding, Denysse slipped out of her taxi and broke her leg in 3 different places. She spent what should have been her beautiful rehearsal dinner in a small clinic in Tulum, Mexico in extreme agony and pain. Denysse and Chase had to fly home on February 11th to California to get a much-needed surgery but there was more tragedy to come. While driving home from the airport in Los Angeles to Fresno the couple got into a rollover accident where their rental car flipped three times and it landed them back in the hospital. Thankfully they both walked away with no new injuries. On the night of February 12th, Denysse slipped while taking shower and ended up once again at the hospital, where she would get her much-needed surgery on February 13th. Denysse had a successful surgery and is expected to go home on February 14th while having her leg out of commission for the next 3 months.

Denysse works as a registered nurse at Valley Children's in Madera while Chase works at Enterprise. They had worked extremely hard for over a year saving up money, working overtime, and planning for this beautiful wedding that would never be nor get any kind of refund. Their love for each other is inspiring and they deserve to have the wedding that they planned.

Their hard work and the day that was supposed to be the best day of their lives turned into one of the hardest things they'd have to face together. We would like to help them in collecting funds to help pick up pieces of this tragedy. They are left with lots of bills that need to be paid and Denysse is not able to work for the next few months. Although they are still hoping for their dream wedding, we just want to focus on helping Denysse heal and help support them with their bills in these hard times. They are two great people whose dream wedding was interrupted by a terrible accident. Anything you could pitch in to support would be greatly appreciated!
