Shelby and Leilani Grainger have each been selected to represent their Country and Culture in the Australian Indigenous Oztag team at the 2023 World Cup in Ireland.

The tournament dates are from Sunday the 30th of July - Sunday the 6th of August.

Anyone who knows the girls are aware of how they live for their sport. This would be the first opportunity they have had to represent their Country and Culture outside of Australia. They are very excited about this amazing opportunity but the cost of the girls to participate in the tournament is larger than we can afford. The funds will go towards return flights to Sydney and Ireland, accommodation, the player gear package, travel insurance, tournament registration, airport transfers and travel expenses in Ireland.

The $12,000 goal will cover the cost for both girls. We are hoping that with enough support they may be able to raise the funds needed to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and know that your support would be the reason that the girls get to play in the 2023 World Cup.
