Hi, my name is Melissa Aprile & my son and Junior have played ball together for many, many years now. Step, Erica, and the kids have become more than teammates over the years; they’ve become family & a family we love very, very much. Nothing will ever erase the absolute devastation and hole Step's departure from this life has left in our hearts. I just know we have the most badass guardian angel watching over us now.

This time of grief leaves so many unanswered questions, but I want to do the best I can in trying to relieve some of the financial burden his family is carrying & allow them some time to grieve and be able to be together without having to worry about the financials of daily life, as well as being able to give Step the kind of goodbye he deserves.
