I don't know where to start .. I don't know what to say.. I didn't know what monetary goal to set - my heart is shattered to type anything of this sort. My name is Lindsey and my husband is John. I don't know where the photo I chose is positioned in relation to these words but that is my apartment building that suddenly had a massive fire late Halloween night/early November 1st morning. We were SO fortunate to be at a friend's house at that time when we got numerous calls from a local policeman telling us of the news. We're in shock, we're practially broken, but we are indeed alive. Disclaimer we haven't been inside our unit (of course it's boarded up and fenced off now) but we are still displaced and even despite me repeating to myself "maybe some of our memories are left" - in the mean time we have close to nothing and nowhere permanent to go. So please help with any way or amount or just re-share for us. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate anything and everything.
