The Seymour family has added this gofundme page to give friends and family another option to support Cora, Nate, Reed and Cooper.

We have lost our beloved best friend, husband, father, amazing uncle and inspiring hockey coach. Thank you for the outpouring love and support.
Here is a message from Cora and the family:

"Jeff was my very best friend, my love and soul mate. Until we meet again my love. He was he best father and husband I could ever have asked for . He had a beautiful smile and spirit with the heart to match all. He was a devoted father of 3 beautiful boys, a husband and friend who was the most generous at giving love and support to everyone around him. Jeff had the kindest soul to ever love and a positive attitude that radiated to all those around him. Jeff, we love you, will miss you , the boys will miss you tying their skates and we will all play another round of hockey soon enough."
