On May 7th of 2018 Alicia underwent a gastric sleeve surgery, after much careful thought and preparation, as a step towards ensuring a healthier future for herself and her family. Since then there have been many twists, turns, and unforeseen complications, including multiple surgeries, procedures, CT scans, ER visits and weeks of time spent in the hospital. Because of these complications there have been many unexpected bills and expenses. These costs are in addition to the testing and hospitalization for Jude’s Sinus Pericranii that were done this past winter.
