Support The Rise Up Surf Familia

As hard times hit our beautiful home of Nicaragua we at Rise Up have made the decision to close our doors for a few months. We are heart broken but due to the political situation we feel it is the right thing to do to ensure the safety of our guests. This means however that our amazing Nicaraguan staff will be out of work for the foreseeable future. They are the heart and soul of Rise Up, even if people don't often get to see them at the forefront. Our goal behind this campaign is to raise money to support our local Familia and also to donate to a clean water project in the communities closest to us thus helping those closest to us but also helping the wider community to have reliable access to a basic human necessity. Our aim is to run the campaign until August 30th and then we will be heading back to Nicaragua to personally donate to our staff and to the project. It is a tough time for Nicaragua and the longer these circumstances persist the harder it will be for people to make a living.  So every penny will be a huge help!
