I have been rebuilding this boat for over a decade, funded by myself. 95% of the work has been done by myself. Friend and family have helped too.

Nor'Wester was built in 1931, in Tacoma Washington, for the Mercer Island Pioneer Clarke Family. Fast-forward, 2012, the Clarke Family found me to carry on the Boat's legacy.

10's of thousands of hours and $100k later, I'm so in love with the boat, I can't stop making this boat able to survive another century.

With recent economic challenges, my dollar doesn't go as far as it did 5 years ago. Wood costs more, paint is more expensive, nevermind hiring a little help. My savings have depleted. My projects are taking longer due to waiting for my next paycheck.
