Support the Rescue of Two Abandoned Horses

Donation protected
Hi everyone, I am raising money to help save Harmony and Beanie, and give them the soft landing and forever home that they deserve. Anything that you can give is greatly appreciated. If you can not donate, all I ask is that if you can, please share to get the word out.

Backstory: I worked with Harmony for 4.5 years and fell in love with her instantly, as she helped me get over putting my Rebel down. We did everything together, and in my care, she became the horse I knew she was. We went to Fair Hill, competed again, and I gave her a reason to keep going. Now she is 25ish yrs old and is on her way to an auction if I can't get her myself. She became my second heart horse after I lost my first. She is no longer rideable.

Beanie: Same in age, not rideable anymore but a giant gentleman. I worked with him in hand and on ground manners for a little over a year. I taught him how to trust people and love life again. He deserves the world.

These two have a very special place in my heart, and I would love to find a way to get them a forever home with me that they deserve. They will be able to live out the rest of their lives, no matter how long that may be, knowing that they are forever loved and ok. I am prepared to do anything for them. I am prepared to financially support them till until it is time to pass. I am prepared to love them unconditionally and give them the world.

If you are able to help, please do. All money raised will go directly to them as well as some to Robin, the owner of the facility they are currently at. We are in agreement to split the raised money to financially support her and both of these horses.

Legal backstory: The owner of these two never paid board or medical bills for the horses care and now owes over $8K for them both. The only way the barn owner can legally stop paying out of her own pocket for these horses is to involve the law which requires her to send them to auction. And No she cannot just give the horses away to a rescue or someone willing to care for them because she does not legally own them and their owner refuses to relinquish them. The barn owner's only legal recourse to be able to stop paying for the horses care is to take legal recourse which requires her to send the horses to auction. If I raise $8K I will be able to outbid anyone and give Harmony and Beanie the softlanding we all want for them, the legal way. Also if I am not able to get the horses, the funds will be donated to Robin or a horse charity of our choosing.
