Many of you have been following my Facebook feed and are aware of the tragedy that happened Saturday evening that has broken our entire family. The above article explains the accident in greater detail. I can't begin to express the gratitude from our family to each one of you. Just from the outpour of support I've received personally on Shea's behalf, we are so blessed. Thank you for taking the time to encourage and support us.
Shea is my first cousin. She just finished her bachelor's degree and bought a home in the Archdale/Randleman area where she is building her family. She and her husband are like many other middle-class parents. They work hard to provide for their home but let's be real, life without tragedy is hard enough. Through the accident, she and her husband have undergone several surgeries combined. They have expenses involving ambulance & helicopter rides along eirj hospital stays and no doubt, follow up visits in the future. While her oldest, Jaquelyn is stable and has been released, her youngest, Juliana was admitted to the pediatric ICU at Brenner's on life support and unfortunately, passed away. On top of all things medical, she now has to pay for a funeral service for her 7 year old daughter.
I say all of this to say [frankly], life doesn't stop after death. The entire family has a long road of recovery and honestly, I'm desperate to honor God's Word and help bear this burden for my cousin & her family that remains.
Would you prayerfully consider her? Ask the Lord what He would have you do. Honestly, if you only simply pray, our family is already indebted to you.
The family has decided to allow Juliana's memory to live on by way of organ donation. She will be able to touch 8 sweet lives with her little body.
We are praising the Lord & thanking each one of you in advance. He is sovereign and ALL of His ways are good for He is righteousness.
We love you.❤
