Renovation of Oyan Grammar School Oyan. Odo- Otin LGA, Osun State Nigeria.

We graduated from the prestigious Oyan Grammar School, Oyan, Osun State, Nigeria some 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2 decades ago. We were thoroughly taught, disciplined and modeled in a very serene, conducive, and competitive academic environment where we were impacted with quantitative and qualitative education by organically qualified teachers and instructors.

Oyan Grammar School, one of the foremost public Secondary Schools in Odo-otin Local Government Area in particular and Osun State in general became the desire of many families, neighboring communities and even bordering States due to its standard of teaching and brilliance of her students.

It is heartbreaking and mindboggling to see the one time Oyan Grammar School with very beautiful structures, academic-friendly classrooms and heavily equipped scientific laboratories that offered an ambience of excellence now becoming an environment largely filled with dilapidated classrooms, degraded laboratories and bushes.

Some of us have been responsible for the preliminary renovation of some blocks of classrooms and payment of P. T. A teachers but the school now requires massive renovation and complete overhaul to bring it back to her originally acclaimed academic glory.

It is on this note, that we are calling on all graduates of Oyan Grammar School home and abroad and our friends and well-wishes globally to support us by donating generously to give the School a face-lift thereby giving multitude of our younger generation undeniable access to quality education .
