Help Build the Redwood Log House Museum
Preserving History and Promoting a Green Future
Hello everyone,
My name is Dave Abdull, and I’m the proud owner of a 980-year-old Redwood Log House — one of only three in the entire world.
This incredible home was built in 1940 from a single redwood log that once stood over 260 feet tall. Inside, it has a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and even furniture made from rare redwood burls — a true masterpiece of American craftsmanship.
Now, I have a dream: to build a museum where this one-of-a-kind redwood log house can be displayed for everyone to experience and learn from — a place where history meets green energy.
Our Mission: History + Green Energy for the Future
The Redwood Log House Museum will be more than just a historic exhibit.
It will be a living educational center that teaches people how we can protect the planet and build a sustainable future.
The museum will feature:
Solar panels and green power systems to show how renewable energy works
Educational displays on sustainability, recycling, and energy-saving ideas
Workshops for kids and families on how to use solar energy at home and on the road
Free visits for local schools to inspire the next generation to care for nature
We want to create a space that honors the past while teaching the world how to save our future — all powered by clean, renewable energy.
Why We Need Your Help
Your support will help us:
Restore and protect the 980-year-old redwood log home
Build the museum space near a high-traffic highway so millions can visit
Install solar panels and green systems to power the entire exhibit
Develop free school programs about history and environmental protection
Every dollar counts and brings us closer to opening the doors of this unique Redwood Log House Museum of Green Energy and History.
