Hi there. My name is Kyle and I'm asking for assistance toward my dog's TPLO (Tibial plateau levelling osteotomy) surgery. This a surgical procedure used to treat cranial cruciate ligament rupture in the knee joints of dogs. This surgery is not cheap (approximately $10,000 including surgery and rehab) but it is necessary to get him back to full function. Shaker (aka the Prince of Barkness) is my eight year old hound mix and means the world to me. He's my hiking buddy, my motivator and my best friend. He's so kind, loves kids, and never lets a food crumb hit the kitchen floor. He's a terrific partner on the trail, loves meeting new people and still exhibits playful puppy behavior with other dogs. He has come a long way since adopting him as a one-year old... and he continues to learn every day. I appreciate your consideration and help raising money for surgery.
