Support the Price Family After the Sudden Loss of Tina Price

Hi my name is Alyssa. I’m a friend to the Price Family who I hold dear to my heart, and I will be running this fundraiser so the family can focus on getting their affairs in order while also coping with the sudden loss.

On Sunday, June 22nd, Tina suffered a devastating heart event from which her body could not recover. Surrounded by love, she held on bravely until Saturday, June 28th, when she passed away and left us far too soon.

Tina was the kind of person who gave her whole heart to everyone she met. Steady, selfless, and endlessly kind, she was a quiet force of strength in our lives. Her laugh could brighten any room, her spaghetti sauce was legendary, and her love--fierce and unwavering--held the family together through every hardship.

When her husband Les was laid off after decades of hard work, Tina carried more than her share of the weight, never complaining. Even through struggling with an undiagnosed illness that left her constantly exhausted and in pain, she put her family first, especially her two young grandchildren, whom she raised and who were her greatest joy.

Now, in the midst of deep grief, the family is facing the harsh reality of the unexpected costs that come with such a sudden loss. Funeral expenses, outstanding bills, loss of employment and the immediate needs of the household weigh heavily on Les and the rest of their family, especially as they try to support the two children Tina left behind.
