Thank you for coming to the GoFundMe page for the Poisson family. As many of you already know, Sophy has been battling cancer for over a year now.

In early 2023, Sophy was experiencing back pain and difficulty swallowing certain foods. After an endoscopy, she was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma - stomach cancer. On June 6, 2023 the Poisson family received the absolute worst news that Sophy's cancer had already progressed to stage 4. It's been quite a journey with meeting doctors all over the country and hoping for solutions that could cure or sustain life.

We are organizing this fundraiser to help with the astronomical amount of medical bills that have already piled up along with future medical expenses.
