THE STORY

Hi! We’re Gratitud3 Productions, a women-led production company founded by filmmakers who have spent years helping bring stories to life both in front of and behind the camera. We built our careers working across romance verticals, independent films, and studio productions-learning every stage of the filmmaking process from the inside out.

Our years on set taught us something. We already knew how films were made. The next step was creating the kind of film we wanted to see ourselves.

We’re now bringing that vision to life with The Perfect Date, our first feature produced under Gratitud3 Productions. More than ever, audiences are searching for stories that offer optimism, humor, and genuine emotional connection. Most of us can remember the romantic comedies we watched over and over because they made us believe that love could surprise us when we least expected it.

The Perfect Date has been in development through writing, budgeting, visual development, and production planning because we wanted to build more than a screenplay. We wanted to build a film that is commercially smart, production-ready, and designed for today’s streaming audience. We believe audiences are still asking for original romantic comedies. Now it’s our turn to tell one.

Gratitud3 Productions was created to tell stories like this. Collectively, our team has worked on more than 200 productions across romance verticals, independent films, and union sets, bringing experience in writing, directing, producing, acting, stunt coordination, and intimacy coordination.

Co-director Phae Amara was also nominated for the Spark Award at The Verties, recognizing excellence within the romance vertical entertainment industry.

Lead Actress Brittany Marsicek has starred as the romantic lead in multiple viral verticals, her top performing show surpassed 75 million views.

Co-Producer Lawson has successfully supported six projects through production, led six features, and forty verticals.

The Perfect Date is a production-ready feature built by filmmakers who know how to bring stories to the screen.
