Support the Perez Family in Laila Perez Memory

On December 24, 2024, four days after beautiful Princess and Angel LAILA

PEREZ 12th birthday, she slipped away from us surrounded by family. She was not feeling well then was brought to Crouse Hospital in Syracuse where she was admitted then transferred to Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester where she transitioned. Her parents Maxine and Eddie Perez are beyond devastated with the lost of their 12 yr old daughter.

There are no words or tears to express how we feel as we helplessly watched young Laila

transitioned. We are overwhelmed with intense grief, still in shock, awe, pain, and unanswered concerns. No one except others that have lost a child knows the immense pain that the parents are experiencing right now.

Laila Perez was a very talented young lady with the voice of an angel. When she sang praises to God everyone's attention was on her gifted tones that sounds like music from heaven.

Laila enjoyed singing, praying, worshipping, reading, art work, laughter, hugs, kisses, cooking, baking and helping others by giving unique meaningful advice.

Laila was unique and special, everyone who met her knew instantly that she carried a

unique spirit. Laila was fully aware of her gift and she was humbled by it. She was an excellent scholar in school, very intellectual and creative. She currently have her artwork displayed in Syracuse Hancock International Airport.

We are grateful to God for the 12 years of joy, laughter,singing, prayers, words of encouragement, prophecies, artworks and the lasting impression Laila brought a Heavenly presence of God to our lives. Laila Perez leaves behind her parents Maxine and Eddie Perez, siblings Mariposa and Mara, and family.

Laila loves God and her memory will forever eternally be not only in our hearts but mind spirit and soul until we meet again!
