Support the People of Mandalay After the Earthquake

A major earthquake has hit the Mandalay region on the 28/03/2025, leaving many families homeless and in urgent need of support. About 10 000 victims are expected. We are launching a fundraising campaign to respond quickly—distributing food, water, essential medicines, and basic items to help people cope with the immediate aftermath.

We have already sent a truck full of supplies from Yangon destinated to communities living by the Irrawaddy river in Mandalay that have not yet been reached by help since the start of the crisis : 200 dignity kits sent/ mats to sleep on 200pcs, 100pcs tarps for temporary shelter, 50 pcs portable solar power stations, 200 Food packages (Rice, instant noodle, sardine, cooking oil)

We are planning to send a new truck. It will be destinated to Sagaing city general hospital and a mandalay muslim community deeply impacted. We are aiming to send : 200 Sanitary napkins packs/ 400 Sardine cans/ 16 Solar power stations 16/ 3 Medicine boxes/ 10-20kva generator to power a water filtration system

We’ve been working in Myanmar for years for the NGO sector. We lived in Mandalay. We know the context, we know the people, and we know how to get things done. Our team and partners are already on the ground, and we’ll make sure the funds are used where they’re most needed, with transparency and impact.
