Support Fund for Fired Partners

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to look at this! The baristas and partners from the Augusta Exchange Starbucks, 228 Robert C Daniel Jr. Pkwy, are striking for our representation to be met and in solidarity with other stores across the country. Our partners have been left wondering when a management role will support them and scared for their jobs and livelihood as partners are getting written violations and wrongful terminations due to scare tactics from Union busting activities within our store.

Our previous store manager was separated and replaced, most of our shift supervisors, including the Union Organizers and lead Union Representative at our store have been separated, and many write-ups made to prevent transferring, referrals, and promotions. Partners have been asking for accommodations to their schedules and are being denied, the store is frequently closing with fewer partners able to work certain shifts, and our managers continue to say that they are doing what is necessary and "according to standard."

If you support us striking against our management and agree that employees of any job deserve to be heard and treated as humans and not just a drone to demand tasks, please show your support! Donating here will allocate funds to every partner affected by this sudden changr of operations at our store until our management listens to us and provides supplies for those actively protesting on site. If you cannot donate, please share this and post to spread awareness because "We the People" are the backbone of this country, and it takes the citizens, blue-collared workers, and essential workers to stand up to be appropriately treated.
