The foundation’s mission is to support causes that reflect Owen’s passions and the values he lived by. While our family continues to navigate life without Owen here on earth, we seek to channel our many emotions into purpose by uplifting people, organizations and initiatives that embody his spirit and deliver his infectious smile to those who need a help.

Initial ideas include scholarships for high school, college & trade school students and supporting nonprofit organizations and charities rooted in service and leadership for young people. We look forward to learning more about the many organizations we can support. 

Through this work, we strive to build a legacy that not only keeps Owen’s memory alive but also inspires others to live with the same compassion, kindness and positivity that he so effortlessly exemplified.

About Owen...

Owen was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 17, 1995.
He attended Saint Gertrude grade school and was a proud member of the long blue line of St. Xavier High School. He went on to Indiana University and has lived in Chicago with Morgan and countless friends for the last 8 years. Since graduating, Owen found great fulfillment in his work at High Street Logistics Properties. Through his years at school and work, Owen developed many personal and professional friendships that he loved and treasured. His infectious smile and effervescent spirit, which had a lasting impact on all who met him, will be deeply missed. Owen and Morgan Neal, his fiancé and perfect partner, were set to be married in May of 2026.

Owen lived his life to the fullest; never missing an opportunity for some friendly competition, trips with friends and family, good meals and big laughs. He was always thinking of others before himself and wanted everyone to feel comfortable and have a great time. The joy he brought to life and his vibrant spirit will continue to shine through the countless lives he touched. Owen was a force of positive energy. His good friend said it best: "O loved like no one else" and we are all better because of Owen's love.
