I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share some difficult news. One of our Derby teammate's son’s who is 15 years old, who feels like a nephew to me, has been diagnosed with cancer. At this time, the specific type is still unknown, and the family is navigating through an overwhelming and uncertain journey.

As you can imagine, the emotional toll is immense, but alongside that comes the significant financial strain due to medical expenses and everyday bills that will continue to accumulate while he’s in the hospital receiving care.

Our teammate and their family will need our support now more than ever. Whether it’s through financial contributions, organizing meal deliveries, helping with errands, or offering words of encouragement, every bit of assistance will make a meaningful difference.
