Support the Olinger Family's Recovery

In the dark hours of last night, 12/6/24, our world was shattered when my brother's family lost everything in a devastating house fire. While we're grateful they escaped with their lives, they watched helplessly as their home and all their possessions were reduced to ashes. Most heartbreakingly, they lost their beloved pets - their dog and two cats who didn't make it out of the burning house.

The Olinger family - my brother Travis, his wife, Tara, and their 17-year-old daughter Emma - literally escaped with nothing but the pajamas they were wearing. My sister-in-law's car was also destroyed in the fire.

Every dollar raised will go directly to helping this family rebuild their lives from scratch.

About the Family:
The Olingers have always been pillars of their communities. First as native residents of East Ridge, where Travis was a coach and teacher at East Ridge High School, and later as a coach and Construction Engineering teacher at Whitwell High School. He is currently the Construction Systems instructor at Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Chattanooga Campus. Tara works for a healthcare company based out of Chattanooga, and they have three girls: Lauren and Maddie, who are college students, and Emma, just months away from graduating high school.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for any support you can offer. Whether it's a donation, sharing this campaign, or keeping the Olinger family in your thoughts and prayers - every bit of help matters.

With profound gratitude,
Becky Tate
