Norma is the kind of neighbor we all deserve. If you got a hold of this link, you probably know her or her family: that they're the first to lend a hand, offer a favor, and give folks support when life goes awry. If you're her friend, you also know that she would never ask someone for help and it takes quite the emergency for her to accept help that's freely offered. Norma is a much beloved school bus driver, a devoted mom of two damn good sons, and the love of her husband's life. Her heart is so warm and bright I'm convinced that's how Florida became the Sunshine State.
