Support the Musoni Family's Sinkhole Recovery

Dear friends and kind-hearted supporters,

I am reaching out on behalf of my dear friends, Justin and Claudine Musoni, a loving family of five who have been tragically displaced by a devastating sinkhole that emerged just steps from their backdoor following Hurricane Milton. What was once their safe haven has now become a place of uncertainty, as they face the possibility of losing their home.

The Musoni family has been asked to hire a Geotechnical engineer to assess the severity of the sinkhole and provide recommendations for either repairs or, in the worst case, complete abandonment of their property. The cost of this assessment, coupled with the potential repairs and the immediate need for alternative housing, has placed a significant financial burden on them.

Their story of survival goes far beyond this recent disaster. Both Justin and Claudine are survivors of the Rwanda Genocide, a tragedy that claimed the lives of several of Claudine’s family members, Justin lost his brother and his family. Despite the unimaginable loss they have faced in the past, they have built a life of faith, love, and hope for their children. Now, however, Claudine fears that she may lose something else precious—her family home.

As they cling to their faith and trust in God during this difficult time, they need the generosity of people like you to help them navigate this enormous challenge. Your donations will help cover the costs of the necessary engineering assessments, possible repairs, and temporary housing for the Musoni family while they await a resolution to this terrifying situation.
