We are founders of the Historical Institute of Culture and the African American Experience, which is a museum in Erie, PA. This museum is a tool in our community to share arts, cultures, and historical information. Over 3,000 school students, both public and private, have toured the museum.

At this point, our heating system (boiler) is inoperable and preventing us from opening.
