Manuel was generous, talented, funny and worked for decades in service to those in need around him - uplifting his family, friends, and community with his dedication and faith. Manuel comforted and blessed my family after the deaths of my father, grandparents, and uncle. He brought us so much joy and would have never turned away someone in need.
