Mrs. Moss of Moss’s Fresh Fruit and Vegetables in Rochester, New York recently departed this life.

 

 

The Moss family is a very close-knit family, and their mother, Betty Moss, was a significant presence in all of their lives. They are suffering a tremendous loss.

 

Mrs. Moss was a wife of 55 years to Wilfred E. Moss, Sr., and mother of eight children. She and her husband co-founded Moss’s Fresh Fruit and Vegetables located at the Rochester Public Market. They sold their produce there to the local community, and she met and befriended thousands of people.

 

In addition to the loss of Mrs. Moss, the family also recently bought a tractor for the farm, and they are concerned about making the most of the upcoming farm season to recoup the dollars spent on the tractor.
