This is an invitation to support the Daniel and Kim Miller family, along with their 4 young children ages 2.5 months to 5 years. The week of January 12th has brought some very difficult news, and they need our prayers and support during this time.

Monday, January 12th, Daniel went for a CT scan. Later that night after being admitted to the ER, he learned that the scan showed abnormalities around his stomach as well as swollen lymph nodes.

He had been dealing with pain for a number of weeks previous to this and it had gotten so bad that he was barely able to eat and sit down. He has lost much weight as well. Tuesday, January 13, they did an endoscopy and took some biopsies of some of the abnormalities easiest to access at the base of Daniel’s esophagus. On Wednesday, the biopsies came back with the diagnosis of “invasive poorly differentiated carcinoma", a high grade of aggressive cancer.

They are still waiting on more extensive testing at this point to see how far it has spread, but they have begun treatment with the knowledge they have to work on.

Current hospital bills are already $30k with many more to come. Let’s carry them in our hearts in prayer and support financially as we are able to help bear this burden with them. God is good and faithful, to Him be all the honor and glory.

Funds raised will be used for medical treatment expenses and related costs of travel and lodging as needed to facilitate the treatments.
