On Friday, October 17, 2025, beloved John S. Mignone, age 65, passed away unexpectedly at home.

He was a devoted husband to Nancy, a loving father to Lisa, Casey, Lindsey, Marc, and Bruce, a cherished son, brother and cousin, and a proud grandfather (“Manpa”) to three sweet, young grandchildren, Dom, Mia, and Luke.

John was known for his generous heart and quiet strength. He would give the shirt off his back for the ones he loved. He found peace in the simple joys of life like fishing, hunting, camping, and of course, spoiling his grandchildren. His kindness, loyalty, and giving spirit touched everyone who knew him.

In 2023, John and Nancy, who were happily retired together, moved from New York to Pennsylvania where they settled into their beautiful retirement home - a long time dream of John’s.

John's passing was sudden and devastating. So unexpected, in fact, that tragically, John never got the chance to enroll into the life insurance plan which he and Nancy had recently been discussing. Now, without life insurance and with limited savings, Nancy faces all household and living expenses alone. Also residing in the family home is their daughter Lindsey and her children Dom and Mia, making this loss not only emotional but financially overwhelming for all.

This fundraiser will help the Mignone family cover essential costs during the months ahead — mortgage and utilities, car payments and insurance, groceries and household needs.

Every donation, no matter the amount, will be deeply appreciated and will provide real relief to Nancy and her family as they navigate this unimaginably tough time. If you are unable to give, sharing this fundraiser helps more than you know.
