Family and Friends, many of you know and adore the Middlebrook family. Recently, their 11-year-old, Izzy, has been experiencing some health issues, which involve many follow-up medical appointments. As a result, Genna has needed to take the summer off of work to focus on Izzy and their entire family. While she qualifies for FMLA, short-term disability won't contribute AT ALL, meaning their family will be without half of their monthly income for at least three months.
