This has been one of the toughest years of my life. In February of 2025, I lost my mother, way before it was her time to go. On the last day of July, 2025, I also lost my father. The loss was similar in that it was way too soon and just as hard, if not harder. This loss leaves behind my half-brother from my father's first marriage, as well as myself and my younger sister.

Neither of my parents had made any arrangements, plans or savings for when this inevitable time came. As a result, I've been fronting all of the expenses, with some help from my Aunt Kay, for making sure both of my parents were taken care of. My father was a proud Army veteran and I'm working to recover his discharge paperwork so that I can work with the VA to make sure he receives a proper burial at the DFW National Cemetery. However, any kind of memorial service or other funeral costs will have to be paid for out-of-pocket.

I truthfully don't know what else I can do. I only have so many financial resources in reach so one of the best things I can do is request that anyone who has the ability to help, do so here. I'll do my best to post this wherever I can to try to get more eyes on it. Please keep my family in your prayers at this difficult time. If you feel you need to, please contact me.
