Gordon and CindiLee McTiernan, along with their sons John, Matthew, Daniel, and 'bonus' son Jayden, have been longtime residents of Marshfield, MA. Today, they are facing an unimaginable loss—their middle son, Matthew, was taken from them in a tragic car accident at just 22 years old. Matthew was finishing his Bachelor of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts at Johnson and Wales University, and was a cherished member of the North River Church with his family. He also leaves behind his true love, Grace Callahan, and countless friends who adored him.
Gordon works for the Town of Hanover and CindiLee is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. CindiLee also volunteers as the co-chair of Marshfield's Grad Night Live, and the whole McTiernan family can always be counted on to show up when anyone in the community is in need. The McTiernan family has always been a pillar of kindness and support in their community, and now they are in need of that same compassion. As they grieve the loss of Matthew, they are faced with the overwhelming burden of funeral expenses and other immediate needs.
We are asking for financial help for the McTiernan family to provide Matthew with the end of life services he deserves and to support them during this unimaginable time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease their burden and show them how much their community cares. Thank you for your kindness and support.
