My sister and I wanted to start this GoFundMe today to get some help for our parents' battle they are bravely enduring.

This is about our family's battle with cancer. Our Father's name is John, he is a Vietnam War Veteran who has been fighting stage 4 colon, stomach and esophageal cancer for some time now. He has always been willing to do anything for anybody that needs help, now we are trying to get help for our parents so they don’t have to worry about bills or a place to live while they battle their cancers. My Mother was caring for him until she herself was diagnosed with cancer about a year ago. His recent CT scan shows some lymph nodes in his neck that they didn't see in previous scans that they are now checking to make sure no more cancer has come again.

My sister is no longer able to work as she is home caring for both of them. I am the only one working and trying to support the household on limited funds. We are struggling to continue paying the bills, getting food and with ongoing medical care needs we are in need of help. We have never reached out for help before but almost all of our resources are gone. Anything would be appreciated. Our goal is to raise $18,000.
