If you are here then you probably already know the McConnells. You know that Tom and Erin are a lot of things; they are selfless, hardworking, and kind. Tom or Erin are the type of people who you call when you know you need someone to come through for you.

If you have been following along, then you know they are dealing a recent medical development. While we have NO DOUBT this will turn out just fine, it will take time and importantly a lot of resources.

In the coming months Tom, Erin and their children will need to travel several hours and at times stay days and WEEKS to be close to the needed hospitals and doctors. That means hotel stays, eating out away from home, and a ton of fuel for travel. All things that are not covered or compensated.

The goal of this fundraiser is to ease the McConnell's burden just a bit. To help make the multiple stays they have upcoming a little more tenable. Also, as they are convalescing for weeks, under bed rest in an outpatient capacity, it would be so much easier for them if they could use an AirBNB (and would allow them to cook food as opposed to constant eating out!) This fundraiser would help defer the cost of that as well.

So, consider giving to these people who would literally give you the shirt off their back if you need it. If you can consider giving to this fundraiser. You need look no further than social media to see how much the McConnells do for others...Now its our turn to return the favor!
