Emma Suzanne James was born on January 24, 1985. In 2022, Emma was diagnosed with Huntington's Disease, a devastating genetic condition that has a 50% chance of being passed on to each child of an affected parent.

Emma's son, Luca, who is now 9 years old, is facing his own ongoing medical conditions and requires constant care.

In addition to Huntington's, Emma was also diagnosed with ovarian cancer, a silent and aggressive illness that often shows no symptoms until it’s advanced.

Emma and her partner Ryan met in 2014 and spent two beautiful years together before the birth of their precious son, Luca, in 2016.

Sadly, Emma passed away in early November 2024, leaving behind a grieving partner and son.
