Help the Maynard family after house fire
Donation protected
The Maynard family, Stephanie, Ryan, and their children, experienced a nightmare early Friday morning when they woke up to find their home engulfed in flames. At 2:40 a.m., Stephanie heard a loud crash and a pop, thinking her husband had fallen out of bed. She checked the Ring camera and saw their neighbor desperately trying to put out the flames. In a panic, she screamed to her family to grab their 7 puppies and get out. By the time they all rushed outside, five fire trucks arrived to battle the blaze. Thankfully, they all made it out safely, but their home was badly damaged on the left side.
The fire, which likely started near the trash cans, spread quickly, and while the fire chief says there could be many reasons for it, the cause remains unknown. Despite having home insurance, the Maynards are facing immediate financial strain. They’ve been unable to find affordable housing that will accommodate their 7 dogs, and staying in a hotel or Airbnb is simply too expensive.
They’re currently still in the home, breathing in smoke, while trying to make do with meals out, living in an RV for basic needs, and covering extra expenses. Stephanie and Ryan are too proud to ask for help themselves, but they have always been there for others in times of need. Now, it’s our turn to support them as they rebuild their lives.
If you’re able to contribute to help the Maynards recover, whether it’s for temporary housing, essential living costs, or getting their lives back on track, your generosity will mean the world to them. Thank you for helping this incredible family in their time of need.
