A few weeks ago, Nick and Alyssa received the most frightening news a parent can hear - 'Your child has cancer.' The specific diagnosis is Ewing Sarcoma and the doctors are optimistic the cancer is treatable, but Nick, Alyssa and family have a tough road ahead.
Their daughter is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments in Pittsburgh and will remain in the hospital through February. Nick and Alyssa are currently taking turns driving 2 hours round trip to Pittsburgh each day while the other stays at home to take care of their 3 other children.
The purpose of this campaign is to help the Marmo family with whatever they need - medical bills, food/gas money and any other expenses.
