On 21 March 2020, for UN Anti Racism Day, Stand Up To Racism is organising major march #WorldAgainstRacism coordination where demonstrations will take place all over the world, including across the US and Europe where the far-right is on the rise.
Stand Up To Racism urgently needs your support to help fund the London demonstration. Over the next fortnight we will be organising across Britain, in unions, in communities, in colleges, to ensure we mobilise the biggest possible opposition to the Johnson government’s dogwhistle racist politics on the 21st March.
Your donations can help us fund;
Demonstration materials - such as placard sticks, posters, megaphones, stickers, banners, van hire.
PA equipment/Staging for the end rally at Downing Street.
Publicity (leaflets/posters/ads) to build the demonstration.
Already 2020 has witnessed a far-right terror attacks in Hanau, the continued mistreatment of migrants and refugees at Europe’s borders and an emboldend Tory government intent on extending their “hostile environment” by introducing profoundly racist policies.
Stand Up To Racism has consistently organised mass anti racist resistance. We were at the heart of pushing back the threat of the far right in Britain and helped to mobilise an international network of anti racist campaigners under the #WorldAgainstRacism banner.
